阻萃体系的动力学和界面特性以及用动力学方法萃取分离金属的研究

摘要 二烷基磷(膦)酸(D2EHPA、EHEHPA)+中性磷(膦)酸脂(TRPO、TBP)对Fe(Ⅲ)苹取的动力学研究表明:与单一二烷基磷(膦)酸革取相比,添加中性磷(膦)酸脂后,Fe(Ⅲ)的反应速率常数(KFe)下降,而动力学阻草效应(rk)的次序为TRPO>TBP。基于对Fe(Ⅲ)的萃取动力学研究结果,提出了利用动力学方法车取分离有价金属与Fe(Ⅲ)的几种可行性。以EHEHPA-TRPO-Fe(Ⅲ)体系为代表,研究了该革取体系的动力学和界面化学,得到了有关界面活性参数,证实了该混合车取剂车取Fe(Ⅲ)过程的动力学控制机制,阐明了动力学阻萃的原因。 The extraction kinetic of Fe (Ⅱ)in the mixed extractants systems (dialkylphosphorus extractants - D2EHPA, EHEHPA + neutral phosphorus extractants- TBP, TRPO ), and extraction separation of available metals from iron by kinetics method have been studied. The study results indicate that the reaction rate constants of Fe(Ⅲ) (KFe)are reduced by adding neutral phosphorus extractants (TBP,TRPO)in the D2EHPA and EHEHPA system,but theequilibrium distribution coefficients of Fe(Ⅲ ) are unaltered. The order of KFeis D2EHPATRPO-Fe (Ⅲ)-H,SO2SO4stm< D2EHPA-TBP-Fe(Ⅲ)-H2SO4 system, EHEHPA-TRPOFe(Ⅲ)-H2SO4 systemrtEHEHPA-TBP-Fe (Ⅲ )-H2SO4 system,while the kinetics retardation effects (rk) is TRPO>TBP.Taking the EHEHPA-TRPO system as representation of the kinetics retardati0n mixed extractants systems, the extraction kinetics and inter facial chemistry of Fe(Ⅲ ) in the EHEHPA-TRPO system have been studied. It has been found that the kinetic controlling mechanism of Fe(Ⅲ ) extraction by EHEHPA-TRPO mixed extractant is inter facial chemical reaction,and the kinetic retardating mechanism is analysed and proposed.In addition to that, some conditions on extraction separation of available metals from iron by kinetics method are proposed.
