摘要
为实现敏捷产品设计,分析了支持敏捷产品设计的资源,研究并开发了基于工作流管理系统的集成产品设计平台,对集成平台内部设计资源的数据集成和应用集成进行研究,利用XML作为平台的数据交换格式,采用Web Service技术作为工作流管理系统和CAD/PDM/知识库系统等设计资源的集成方式,方便了系统的扩展性。以变速箱的上端盖设计为例,证实了集成平台对敏捷产品设计过程支持的有效性。
In order to realize agile product design, the requirements of resources for agile product design are analyzed, and then A integrated product design platform based on workflow management system is developed. The data integration and application integration in the platform are realized by using XML data exchange format and Web Service to integrate CAD, PDM and Knowledge Base. Finally, the example of gearbox design is used to verify the effectiveness of this integrated platform.
