摘要
在对发电厂特种设备安全管理现状分析的基础上,探讨了发电厂特种设备安全管理体系的建构,设计了发电厂特种设备安全管理信息系统,其主要包括建设目标和原则、系统架构以及功能模块的设计。
Based on analysing present situation of special equipments＇ safety management in power plants, the construction of special equipments＇ safety management system has been investigated,and an information system for special equipments＇ safety management in power plants being designed,including mainly the goal and principle of construction, framework of the system,and the design of functional modules for the system.
