摘要
目的:优化黄芪沙棘健脑颗粒的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(43)正交试验,以水煎液中黄芪甲苷含量为指标筛选提取工艺,用薄层扫描法测定含量。结果:浸泡时间、提取时间和次数对提取效果具有显著性影响。结论:最佳提取工艺的条件为浸泡120min,加水18倍,提取2次,每次1.5h。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Huangqishajijiannao granule. Methods: The extraction condition was investigated by L9 (43) orthogonal design and the content of astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by TLC scanning technique. Results: Soaking time, extracting time and times signifantly affected the extracting technology. Conclusion: The best extraction condition is soaking in 18 folds water for 120 min, extraction for 2 times and 1.5 h each time.
