摘要
在我国相关的立法文件中并没有明确规定什么是贿选,以致于贿选和破坏选举的"贿赂"两个概念混淆。本文给出了贿选的概念,并对与贿选有关的情况进行了界定,在借鉴国外规制贿选行为立法经验的基础上,提出了完善我国相关立法的建议。
Practice bribery in an election was not clearly defined in related legislation of China, which casued both concepts of practice bribery in an election and bribe of destroying election garbled. This article defines the relat- ed situation to practice bribery in an election, and put forward pro try based on utilizing foreign experiences on regulating behavior of practice bribery in an election.
