一种牙鲆新病原弧菌的主要生物学特性研究

摘要 从一起呈败血症感染病例的养殖牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus L.Temminck et Schlegel)肝、腹水及腐烂组织中检出了一种相应的病原菌,取10株该病原菌的纯培养菌做形态特征、培养特性、理化特性及代表菌株16SrRNA基因序列测定等,表明为弧菌属(Vibrio Pacini 1854)细菌的一个新种(sp.nov.)并定名为牙鲆弧菌(Vibrio olivaceus sp.nov.)。同时,对该菌进行了人工感染的致病作用及对抗菌类药物的敏感性等方面的检验,结果显示对牙鲆具有较强的致病作用,对供试的37种抗菌类药物在不同菌株间的敏感及耐药无明显差异。 Examinations of pathogenic bacteria which caused septicaemia in farmed flounder were conducted, and the pathogenic bacteria were isolated from liver, ascitic fluid and rot tissues of moribund ( or dead ) flounder. The biological characteristics of 10 strains were studied, including morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics, the mol% G+C content of DNA. The molecular identification of representative strains was conducted also, and the 16S rRNA gene were partially sequenced and compared with sequences deposited in databases, and molecular phylogenetic trees were constructed. The results showed that the pathogenic bacteria belonged to a new species of Vibrio and were designated as Vibrio olivaceus sp.nov. In addition, we conducted studies on the pathogenicity and sensitivity to antimicrobial agents, and the results showed that the pathogenic bacteria had strong pathogenicity to flounder by experimental infection, and there has no discrepancy of sensitivity and resistence among strains to used 37 antimicrobial agents.
