摘要
根据簇合效应原理,以2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑为母体,二溴烷烃或二酰氯为连接体,设计并合成了15个新的2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑簇合物,其结构经1H NMR和元素分析表征。
Baesd on the cluster effect principle, fifteen novel bivalent compounds were designed and synthesized using 2-amino-5-sulfhydryl-1,3,4-thiadiazole as a precursor and dibromoalkane or diacid chloride as a connected system. The structures were confirmed by 1HNMR and elemental analysis.
