摘要
介绍了固态超高频电源的工作原理及超高频感应焊机在铜管焊接行业中的应用,并对固态超高频电源逆变器工作状态的适应范围、逆变器的频率跟踪、设计输出功率、安全裕量和输出频率几个重要问题做了讨论,分析比较了固态超高频电源与电子管高频电源的优缺点。
It introduced working principle of solid ultra-high frequency power and application in copper industry of ultra-high frequency induction welding machine,and analyzed working status application area of solid ultra-high frequency power inverter,frequency tracking of inverter,design output power,safety space and output frequency,compared merits and demerits between solid ultra-high frequency power and electric pipe high frequency power.
