摘要
提出了一种新型的基于半转机构的月球车,介绍了其机械系统,对机械系统的各个部分的结构特点进行了分析,并且介绍了基于二级半转机构的月球车的机构原理。着重分析比较了一级半转机构和二级半转机构的起伏度。通过MATLAB分析表明,基于二级半转机构的月球车起伏度较小,从而使车体运行的平稳性大大提高。
A kind of new typed lunar rover based on semiturning mechanism has been put forward, and its mechanical system was introduced. Analysis has been carried out on the structural characteristics of each part of the mechanical system, and the mechanism principle of lunar rover based on the secondary semiturning mechanism was introduced. The undulations of primary and secondary semi-turning mechanisms have emphatically been analyzed and compared. Through MATLAB analysis it was shown that the undulation of lunar rover based on the secondary semi-turning mechanism was comparatively small, thus made a great enhancement to the stability on the operation of vehicle body.
