摘要 为了总结法医学教学经验,检验教学效果,本文对石河子大学医学院2005级临床医学系的323名本科生法医学期末考试成绩进行统计分析。结果表明此次试卷设计较合理,学生考试成绩均分为84.31分,分数近似正态分布,试题难度和区分度属中等。分析所提供的信息对今后法医学教学改革和科学命题有一定的参考价值。 In order to summarize our experience in medical teaching and evaluate teaching results, we designed this study to analyze the scores of forensic medicine final examination for the 323 year 2005 students majoring in clinical medicine at our school. The results showed that the test paper was well designed and scores were distributed reasonably with an average score of 84.31 points; the difficulty and discrimination of the test paper were appropriate. This analysis may serve as reference for future reform in forensic medicine teaching and scientific test paper preparation.
