后女性主义者从根本上挑战西方的二元论,身/心二元论成为后女性主义批判的重要对象。唐娜.哈拉维与朱迪斯.巴特勒把身体放到后现代语境中进行了解读,力图改变父权制文化中男/女二元对立的思维模式,改变女性的边缘和弱势地位,建构一个多元的、差异的身份认同。
Post-feminism rejects dualism and regards the dichotomy between body and soul a fallacy. Tana Haraway and Judith Butler reconstruct body in the postmodern discourse in order to change the mind set of male dominated culture that regards women and men in a dualist structure. They intend to change women＇s subordinate marginal status by envisioning a world of multiple identities and recognition of differences.
