女子F42级跳远运动员张海原起跳阶段运动学特点分析

摘要 采用运动影像分析法,分析女子F42级跳远运动员张海原在2007年南京选拔赛上非带假肢夺得金牌的技术动作,并把分析结果与佩戴假肢的动作进行对比分析,结果表明F42级跳远运动起跳阶段的运动学参量与正常运动员有所不同;张海原非佩戴假肢的动作重心在垂直方向速度波动大于佩戴假肢重心在垂直方向的波动,重心较大幅度波动破坏了动作的连贯性,不利于提高运动成绩。建议张海原尽早佩戴假肢,如果不能佩戴假肢,要想提高助跑及上板速度,应增加弹跳力的练习及双臂的摆动力量的练习,加快手臂的摆动幅度和速度,达到增加起跳速度和保持起跳角度的能力,达到提高运动成绩的目的。 This paper used motion image analytical method, which recorded a female grade F42 long jump athlete Zhang Haiyuan on non-prosthetic winning the gold medal in the 2007 Nanjing selections match. The analytic results were compared to wearing a prosthetic. The results indicated that there were differences between grade F42 long jump normal athlete and non-normal ones on the parameters of kinematics. The vertical speed fluctuations of Zhang Haiyuan' gravity center on nonprosthetic are larger than hers on prosthetic. However, the larger extent of gravity change destroys the continuity of motion. It is bad to improve athletic performance, so the authors suggest that Zhang Haiyuan should be on prosthetic as soon as possible. If she is still on non-prosthetic, she should increase the exercises of spring ability and strength of lower limb' spring and limb' swing in order to improve the speed of approach and board. She should speed up swing amplitude and speed of both arms in order to increase take off velocity and keep take-off velocity, achieved the aim of improving the performance of sports.
