摘要
对自由式滑雪空中技巧国家女队运动员意志品质发展水平进行跟踪研究。在比较了国家女队运动员冬奥会前后及亚冬会前后意志品质得分后发现:李妮娜亚冬会后6维度指标比20届冬奥会后有所提高,自信心水平和目标清晰度提高幅度为2-4分,但仍未达到20届冬奥会前水平;郭心心冬奥会前后"自信心"维度水平均较低;亚冬会后"自信心"水平与冬奥会后得分均为19分,呈较低水平;王娇在冬奥会之前和之后意志品质各维度得分为中等水平波动不大;亚冬会后6维度水平呈整体下降趋势。
The authors of this research have conducted the tracking research on the volitional quality development of women athletes from national freestyle aerials team. After comparing the volitional quality score of women athletes between precompetition and post-competition of Winter Olympic Games and the Winter Asian Games, they discovered that after the Winter Asian Games, LI Nina＇s 6 dimensions target has improved more than that of Olympic Winter Games, and the selfconfidence level and the goal clarity have enhanced from 2-4, but still have not achieved the level before the 20th Winter Olympic Games;The self-confidence level of GUO Xinxin is lower in the precompetition and post-competition of Olympic Winter Games, which gets 19 points; WANG Jiao has an medium level in volitional quality dimensions before and after Olympic Winter Games and the fluctuation is not obvious; After the Winter Asian Games 6-dimension target has dropped.
