摘要
研究了多方式燃烧炉在烟叶烤房中的应用效果。结果表明:多方式燃烧炉使用的燃料类型及燃烧方式均可多样化,可使用散煤、蜂窝煤及绿色能源等,在烟叶烤房中使用蜂窝煤时,较传统卧式散煤炉燃烧较为完全,可降低耗煤量,平均1 kg干烟耗煤量降低0.38 kg,节约用煤12.38%,同时温度容易控制。通过温湿度自动控制设备的控制,升温稳温比较准确持续,有利于烘烤工艺的实现,从而有利于提高烟叶的烘烤质量。
Applications of multi-burning furnace in the tobacco curing barn were studied. The results showed that the fuel type and the burning way could be diversified, and granular coal, honeycomb coal and green energy could be casually used. Honeycomb coal burned more completely in tobacco flue-curing barn than in traditional horizontal furnace. Drying 1 kg tobacco leaves, the coal consumption decreased by 0.38 kg ( 12. 38% ) , and the temperature was easy to be controlled. By the automatic equipment controlling temperature and humidity, more accurate and steady temperature could be retained, which was beneficial to realizing the baking process and improving the curing quality of tobacco.
