摘要
本文提出大力发展债券市场,建立多元化的上市公司再融资体系,进一步加强上市公司再融资的监管等对策,以解决我国上市公司再融资存在的股权融资偏好、募集资金使用效率低下等问题。
The refinancing of listed companies is of great and enterprise development. However, China ＇ s refinancing problems, such as in equity financing preferences, and low effi light of these problems, it is necessary to develop the bond mar significance to the market economy of listed companies presents some ciency in the use of fund raised. In ket, establish a wide range of listed companies refinancing system and promote more effective use of capital financing.
