摘要
利用沉淀包覆法将乙酸乙酯作为沉淀剂在四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)表面均匀包覆 SiO_2无机层,并对 T-ZnOw 进一步偶联处理后,用以改性聚丙烯(PP)。研究了 T-ZnOw 对 PP 力学性能及电性能的影响,结果表明.经过表面包覆的 T-ZnOw 能够使 PP 的拉伸屈服应力提高到25.96 MPa,电阻率下降2个数量级。扫描电子显微镜分析表明:经表面包覆的 T-ZnOw 分散能力大幅度提高。
The authors coated zinc oxide whisker with silicon dioxide (T-ZnOw) in the presence of ethyl acetate as precipitator with chemical precipitation process, aiming at developing a modifier for polypropylene (PP). Crosslinking treatment of T-ZnOw was carried out after coating. The influences of T-ZnOw on mechanical properties and eleetrical performance of PP were studied. The results show that the addition of the surface coaled T-ZnOw make the PP's yield strength increase by 5.62% and electrical resistivity decrease by two order of magnitude. The dispersibility of T-ZnOw is remarkably improved due to the surface coating as observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM).
