摘要
鼻咽癌经放疗、化疗后未控或复发，目前尚无特殊治疗。我们自１９８８年迄今，用ＮｄＹＡＧ激光治疗２０例，全部病人得到随访，除５例死亡、４例未控外，其余病例均尚健在，４例随访已超过５年，效果满意。
There is no satisfactory therapy for recurrent or uncontrolled nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy or chemotherapy so far. We have treated 15 patients with recurrent and 5 patients with uncontrolled nasopharyngeal carcinoma with Nd∶YAG laser since 1988. All patients were followed up. Among the 11 survivors, four patients have been lived for over 5 years and five longer than 2 years. Five cases died within 8-18 months after laser treatment. The malignancy remained uncontrolled after 5 sessions of laser irradiation in four patients. All patients but one were well treated in the outpatient department with no complications. The results indicate that Nd∶YAG laser irradiation is an effective modality in treatment of recurrent or uncontrolled nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
