摘要
主要介绍了一种太阳能热水器的性能测试系统,为满足高精度的要求,采用了具有11个输入端的12位A/D转换器TLC2543,设计了基于AT89C52的高性能数据采集系统的整体方案。给出了整个系统的接口电路图,其上位机能实时动态地显示采集到的数据,并根据误差要求自动对所采集的数据进行筛选,最终绘出效率性能曲线,从而测试太阳能热水器各方面的性能。该系统已在实践中应用,并取得了良好的测试效果。
A kind of capability testing system of solar energy water-heater is introduced. To arrive the high-precision, TLC2543 is adopted, which is a equipment of 12-bit A/D commutator and ll input ports, and a whole project of data gathering system based on AT89C52 is designed. The joint circuits diagram of whole system is depicted, it's upper machine can display the gathering datum real time, can filter the datum according to the require of error, and draw the curves of efficiency and capability, thereby it can test every capability of solar energy water-heater. The system has applied on testing and acquired fell effect.
