摘要
针对近几年合肥大建设、大发展过程中合肥地区高层建筑地下室频频出现早期渗漏事故,文章通过多起事故的分析,提出相应措施。
Based on incident analysis, the article puts forward the countermeasures of early water leakage and water penetration in highrise building＇s basement during the construction and development process of Hefei.
