摘要
50年来,中国水利水电科学研究院在水利水电工程安全监测方面结合工程实际,对混凝土坝观测仪器的制造、布置设计、施工理论及观测资料的整理分析等进行系统的研究,并取得了许多成果。随着我国水利水电事业的发展,应加大对光纤传感技术、三维激光扫描、合成孔径雷达测量等先进技术的研究,提高我国水利水电工程安全监测水平。
A systematic study on manufacture of observation instruments for concrete dam and its placement, construction theory and observation data is carried out by the China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research in the past 50 years, in safety monitoring of hydropower project and in light of project condition. It is suggested to carry on studies of advanced technologies of fiber-optic sensor technology, three dimension laser scanning, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) measurements, so as to raise the level of safety monitoring of hydropower stations in China.
