摘要 利用简便、快速和准确的生测方法,研究二氯乙酰二异丙胺作为安全剂对绿磺隆的解毒效果。选用东农小粒156玉米种子为指示作物,在黑暗条件下于26℃和33℃培养箱中培养72h,玉米的根长、根干重、芽长和芽干重与安全剂的浓度呈直线关系。证明二氯乙酰二异丙胺能保护玉米克受绿磺隆的药害。 A bioassay was developed for determining the influence of the safener, N, N-diisopropyldichloroacetamide, in corn seeds. Eight pregerminated corn seeds each were placed in a 12cm diameter petri dish' contaiming 12ml of water with 10-3 ~ 1O-7M safener + chlorsulfuron. Seedling were incubated in the dark for 3 days at 26t and 33t. Safener concentration were correlated with root length (r1 = 0. 8904, F2 = 0. 8961), root dry weight(r1 = 0. 9267, rz = 0. 8590), shoot length(r1 = 0. 9938, rz = 0. 8620) and shoot dry weight(r, =0. 9767, rz =0. 9156). It appears that N, N-diisopropyldichloroacetamide can be protecting conferring protection to corn against chlorsulfuron injury.
