摘要
为探讨静脉曲张性混合痔简便、安全、实用的治疗方法，采用外痔小切口剥离、内痔注射消痔灵液治疗静脉曲张性混合痔125例，治愈率93．6％，显效率6．4％，总有效率100%。疗程平均9．4d。结果表明，该手术简单易行，保留了肛垫和齿状线的解剖完整，不损及肛门的生理功能，创伤小、痛苦少、愈合时间短。
The objective of this study is to discuss the simple,safe and applicable method of treating varicose mixed hemorrhoids. The combined procedure of small incision and dissection for external hemorrhoids and injection of Xiaozhiling for internal hemorrhoids was adopted in the treament of 125 patients with varicose mixed hemorrhoids. Results showed that the cure rate was 93.6 %, obvious improvement rate was 6. 4%,the general effective rate was 100% ,and the average treatment course was 9.4 days. It is revealed that this combined procedure can keep the dental line and the anal cushion intact and protect the physiological function of the anus, and the procedure can ensure less pain and shorter healing time.
