摘要
提出了资产信息治理中"事先、事中、事后"关键的五个环节及其相互关系,论述了资产信息治理对电网企业具有的重要战略意义。
This paper puts forwards five key chains existed in the before, between and after asset information control, and analyzes the relation among them. To control asset information is of significant strategic meanings for power grid enterprise.
