摘要
本文运用文献法、问卷调查法,在实际调研的基础上,探讨了河南省普通高校教师职后培训(教育)的基本情况,利用人力资源相关理论对教师职后培训的必要性进行分析。希望能够为河南省普通高校教师职后培训提供意见。
Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire and practical investigation, this paper discusses the basic condition of after -job training of college physical education teacher in Henan province and points out the necessity of teacher training from the relevant theory of human resource. The main purpose is to provide the suggestions for teacher＇ s after job training in Henan province.
