摘要
目的:评价微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛的疗效和总结经验。方法:回顾性分析2002年来华西医院收治的面肌痉挛患者中采用此手术方法的共45例,总结其临床特点并随访了36例患者。结果:治愈率为86.1%,有效率为8.3%,总有效率为94.4%。随访复发率为5.6%,并发症为19.4%(7/36)。结论:微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛的总有效率高,复发率低,并发症少,有优良的治疗效果。仔细的术前评估、娴熟的显微手术技巧和术中电生理监护是提高预后的关键。
Objective：To evaluate the effect and to summarize the experiences of the treatment on hemifacial spasm with microvascular decompression（MVD）.Methods：Fourty-five inpatients of West China Hospital were analyzed retrospectively who had underwent the MVD operations since 2002.Their dinical data were analyzed and 36 patients were followed-up.Results：The cure rate was 86.1%,effective rate was 8.3% and total effective rate was 94.4%.The recurrence rate was 5.6%,and the rate of complication was 19.4%.Conclusion：The treatment has high total effective rate,low recurrence rate,low rate of complication,and the excellent effect.Careful preoperative evaluation and skilled microsurgery techniques and intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring are the keys to good prognosis.
