摘要
目的：评价急诊麻醉性镇痛药的利用情况与趋势。方法：对我院门诊2005~2007年急诊麻醉性镇痛药的种类、用量、销售金额、用药频度等进行统计、分析。结果：3年中急诊麻醉性镇痛药销售金额排序与用药频度排序基本同步。结论我院急诊麻醉性镇痛药应用基本合理。
Objective：To evaluate the cesent status and the developmental trend of the application of narcotic analgesic drugs in emergency department of our hospital.Methods：Narcotic analgesic drugs in emergency department of our hospital during 2005～2007 were analyzed retrospectively in terms of drug varieties,consumption quantity,consumption sum,DDDs etc.Results：The narcotic analgesic drugs were almost the same whether they were evaluated by finance data or DDDs.Conclusion：Clinical application of narcotic analgesic drugs are rational in out-paitent pharmacy of our hospital.
