摘要
目的:探讨腹胸联合伤的合理诊治方式。方法:根据伤情及物理检查手段,一旦发现膈肌完整性消失即可确立诊断;首选经胸部切口,必要时加作腹部切口,可采用自体失血回输。结果:67例治愈,1例死亡,死亡率1.45%。结论:及时正确的诊断和合理的手术方式是取得优良效果的关键。
Objective：To investigate the reasonable treatment approach of combined thoracic-abdominal wounds.Methods：In accordance with injuries and physical inspection means,once the disport rods wider of diaphragm integrity was found,and diagnosis can be established;the chest incision was chased chiefly and,if necessary,add abdominal incision,bleeding can e antilogous transfusion.Results：67 cases Cured,one case of death,the mortality rate of is 1.45%.Conclusion：Correct diagnosis and the surgical approach is the key to good effect.
