摘要
本文以2006年国家事业单位工作人员收入分配制度改革为契机,探讨高校原有工资制度存在的问题,总结部分高校在推行岗位绩效工资制度中积累的经验,提出高校工资制度改革的对策和建议,旨在推动高校工资制度改革的进一步完善和创新。
Based on the payroll system revolution in national institutions in 2006, the paper discusses the problems of the original payroll system, and concludes the good experience in the position - proficiency payroll system revolution. It proposes some suggestions and solutions to problems on payroll system revolution, which would greatly help with the system' s further development.
