摘要
[目的]分析动力髋螺钉(DHS)在老年股骨转子间骨折治疗中的临床效果。[方法]对86例老年股骨转子间骨折应用DHS内固定治疗,分析其临床效果。[结果]86例患者均获得随访,随访时间12～24个月,平均18个月。根据Sanders髋关节创伤评分标准,优为75例(87.2%),良为10例(11.6%),差为1例(1.2%),无1例出现髋内翻畸形。[结论]DHS起到了较好的固定作用,是治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的方法之一。
[Objective] To analyse the clinical effect of dynamic hip bolt（DHS） on senile thighbone inter-totors fracture.[Method] Administer internal fixation of DHS to 86 cases of senile thighbone inter-rotors fracture, then analyse the clinical effect, [Result] All cases were followed up for 12-24m, 18m in average. Under Sanders evaluation standard of hip trauma, 75 cases were excellent（87.2%）, 10 good（11.6%） ,1 bad（1.2%） ,no had abnormal hip varus. [Conclusion] DHS has better fixation, is one of methods treating senile thighbone inter-rotors fracture.
