摘要
在城市化快速发展和社会转型的宏观背景之下,基于区域空间层面的牵引力和城市本体层面的扩张力,城市空间轴向发展重新兴起。这种兴起缘于其背后动力机制的变迁。从经济性因素、空间性因素、技术性因素和制度性因素四个方面对城市空间轴向发展的演变进行动力机制层面的深入探讨,以期为我国城市空间轴向发展的理论研究和实践提供有益的探索。
With the quickening course of national urbanization and the social system transition, based on the force of traction of region space and the expansionary force of city main body, Urban-Axial-Development emerges again, and Urban-Axial-Development starts for the reason of vicissitude in power mechanism. This article studies on the power mechanism of Urban-Axial- Development＇ s evolution from four aspects： efficient factor, spatiality factor technical factor and institutional factor. The author expects that this article may provide the beneficial exp Axial-Development and the practice oration for the UrbanAxial-Development in fundamental research and the practice.
