预防艾滋病母婴传播抗病毒治疗药物副作用及产生机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 自美国采用高效抗逆转录治疗(Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy,HAART)、选择性剖宫产和母乳替代喂养的方法预防围生期人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human Immunodeficiency Virus,HIV)母婴传播(Mother—to—Child Transmission.MTCT)以来,HIV母婴传播率降到了2%以下。如此低的MTCT率大大降低了HIV阳性妇女的精神负担,增加了她们生育健康宝宝的希望。据估计,美国每年有6000~7000名HIV感染女性分娩,但只有几百名新生儿经MTCT而感染HIV。这种情况在其他国家不尽相同,比如在许多欠发达国家.HIV感染妇女的怀孕率虽然也很高,但每天有1800多名儿童由于母婴传播儿感染HIV。
