摘要
高级英语教学更大程度上是向语篇倾斜,培养学生读写能力的教学。语篇衔接理论是培养学生语篇理解能力、欣赏能力和写作能力的有力保障。论文就衔接理论在高级英语教学中的应用展开讨论,旨在探讨出一种语言学理论与实践相结合的高级英语教学新模式。
Advanced English Teaching （AET） is chiefly text -slanted, aiming at developing students＇abilities in both reading and writing. Cohesion theory is a solid basis for cultivating student~ abilities to understand, appreciate and write a text. The paper discusses the application of cohesion theory to AET so that a new approach to AET is to be found out by combining linguistic theory with practice.
