摘要
围绕社会主义新农村建设的需要,围绕种植业和农村产业结构调整的需求,对新型适用的农机具进行研制开发,逐步加强保护性耕作、精量播种、农产品加工以及设施农业机械化等新型农业机械的引进和推广力度,促进了农机化的发展,为新农村建设贡献力量。
