摘要
齿轮是耕整机的关键零件,通过对齿轮工况及耕整机工作时的受载分析,制定出齿轮机械加工工艺路线,并确定其热处理工艺参数。按该热处理工艺制造的齿轮,表层金相组织为回火马氏体和均匀分布的细粒状炭化物,心部为低碳马氏体及少量的铁素体,齿部硬度为HRC56-62,能满足设计要求。
Based on the analysis of the gear working comdition in the cultivator and it is endured forces,a machine process route is determined and its heat treatment processing parameters are made sure also.According to this craft route, the gear is made, and the metallographic organization of the gear surface layer is tempering Martensite and the granular charcoal which equably distributed. In the heart of it is low carbon Martensite and a small quantity of ferrite. The rigidity of the gear tooth is HRC48 - 52,it can satify the design request completely.
