消弧及过电压保护装置的研制

摘要 针对中性点不接地系统中弧光接地的危害,分析了消弧及过电压保护装置工作原理,给出了一次系统图和控制器结构图,并设计了控制器的主程序。通过将弧光接地转化为金属接地,能有效消除弧光接地过电压,避免弧光接地引起的电气设备损坏事故,提高供电可靠性,该装置已在水泥、钢铁、氧化铝等生产企业应用,效果良好。 For the harm of arc grounding in the isolated neutral system, analysis was made to the working principle of arc suppression and overvoltage protection device, giving out primary system diagram and structure diagram of the controller, and having designed main program of the controller. The device with arc grounding transferred to metal grounding could effectively suppress arc grounding over- voltage, avoiding equipment damage accident caused by arc grounding and raising power supply reliability. The device has been applied in cement, iron and steel, and aluminium oxide etc manufacturing enterprises with good effect.
