摘要
为满足智能化保护电器三段过流保护的测量范围和体积小、相间距离近的安装结构,提出在尽可能不过多增加相与相之间电磁干扰的前提下,采取在铁芯上开槽的措施增加电流互感器的量程.对电磁式电流互感器、空心电流互感器和铁芯开槽式电流互感器进行了分析对比.结果表明,铁芯开槽后,一次绕组的磁势一部分降落在气隙上,另一部分降落在导磁体上,导磁体的饱和电流增加,电流互感器的线性范围扩大.同时,一次绕组产生的磁场仍集中分布在导磁体中,相与相之间的电磁干扰不超过2.5%.
To ensure the measuring range of three-segment over-current protection as well as the assembling structure of small volume and smal phase-to-phase distance, a curent transformer with wide range was designed by slotting the core without increasing the magnetic interference between one phase and another too much. Electromagnetic current transformer, air core current transformer and slotted-core current transformer were analyzed and compared. The results show that the magnetic motive force induced by primary winding fall on both air gap and iron core after slotting the core. As the saturation current increases, the current transformer can possess the wider linearity range. Meanwhile, the magnetic flux induced by primary winding mainly distributes in the core and the magnetic interference between one phase and another does not exceed 2.5 %.
