摘要
选用硅橡胶管(SR)、涤纶纤雏材料(PETF)、聚氯乙烯管(PVC)及用醋酸纤维素(CA)、聚醚砜(PES)、聚氨酯(Pu)涂层的聚氯乙烯管,分别与血清在37℃下进行循环接触,根据接触前(0min)、接触后5、15.60、180min取血清,用IL-Monarch761型生化分析仪测定C3、C4,用试管法测定CH_(50)。实验结果表明,CA、PET、SR材料接触后血清的C3、C4、CH_(50)明显低于接触前,其中CA接触后180min的血清CH_(50)明显低于接触前及接触后5.15.60min的CH_(50)值。其它材料实验前后比无明显差异。
The Silicon rubber (SR) tube, Polyester fiber (PETF) materials, Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) tube, and PVC tube coated with cellulose acetate (CA), Polyether suffone (PES), Polyurethane (PU) were contacted with circular serum at 37℃. Data before contact after contact for 5, 15, 60, 180min were measured respectively, the CH50 values in serum being assayed with the method of mayer a complement titre, and complement3 (C3) and complement4. (C4) being measured with biochemical analysis instrument (IL-Morarch761). The results showed that concentration of C3, C4, CH50, in serum significantly decreased after contact with CA, PETF; SR, while CH50 value after contact with CA at 180min was significantly lower than those before contact and after contact for 5, 15, 60min. No significant results showed in cases of contact with any other kind of the material.
