摘要
海泡石是一种天然的纤维状硅酸盐黏土矿物,具有孔道结构和优良的吸附性能。利用XRD和IR分析了酸活化和热活化对海泡石微观结构的影响。结果表明,酸活化可去除海泡石中的杂质,还可使骨架镁逐步脱除。热活化温度大于300℃时,结晶水开始脱除。600℃以内海泡石结构基本稳定。
Sepiolite is a natural fibrous silicate clay minerals with channel structure and excellent adsorbability. The effect of acid- and heatactivated sepiolite on its microstructure was studied by X-ray diffraction and infrared. The results showed acid-activation can make sepiolite purify and remove Mg2+ in the structure gradually. When the temperature of heat-activation was over 300℃ coordinated water began to decrease. The structure of sepiolite remains stable below 600℃.
