摘要
试验研究了单掺粉煤灰、矿渣分别为20%、40%、60%及硅粉掺量分别为5%、10%、15%对混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。研究结果表明:矿物掺合料可以显著地提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透能力,改善效果随着掺量的增加而增加,改善能力为硅灰>矿渣>粉煤灰。对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的作用机理分析表明:矿物掺合料的火山灰效应、填充效应和对氯离子的初始固化能力是改善混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能的3个重要因素。
The influence of single-added fly ash with amount of 20%, 40%, 60%, single-added slag with content of 20%, 40%, 60% and single-added silica fume with content of 5%, 10%, 15% on performance of concrete resistance to chloride ion penetration is studied by experiments. The result shows that mineral admixture can largely improve concrete resistance to chloride ion penetration, the effect increased along with increased content, the improving ability of silica fume is the best, and then slag, fly ash is the last. The analysis of mechanism of chloride ion penetration in concrete indicates that the pozzolan effect, packing role and original capability of binding the chloride ion of mineral admixture are three important factors for improving performance of concrete resistance to chloride ion penetration.
