摘要
在添纱双面效应针织物的编织过程中,旧线圈握持线为圆弧线,与传统理论中所描述的握持线为直线不同,因此对纱线的实际垫纱横角与垫纱纵角进行了设定.根据织针在成圈过程中沿弯纱三角下降的同时沿针筒圆弧进行回转的运动规律,推出针钩内点与纱线断点相对于针筒中心的运动参数方程,通过坐标转换得到纱线进入针钩内点的断面轨迹理论方程.进一步作出纱线断面轨迹曲线,分析了不同垫纱角度配置时形成织物的添纱效应.
Differently with the traditional theories, the hold line of old loops is a curve in the knitting process of the double-faced effect plated fabrics. The practical horizontal and vertical lapping angles on the single circular knitting machine were enacted. In terms of the situation that the needles decline along the knit cam as well as turning along the cylinder in the knitting process, the equation of top needle hook and yarn cross-section movement corresponding to the center of cylinder were educed. Then the yarn crosssection track was received through the conversion of coordinate and the effect of lapping angle position via the track curve were analyzed.
