摘要
针对公路建设的迅速发展,根据工程实践经验,就公路工程的施工与监理进行了深入探讨,论述了监理在保证工程质量中的作用,呼吁了工程建设参建各方要恪守合同、各司其责,指出只有这样才能真正实现公路产品的使用功能。
In view of rapid development of highway engineering and combined with several year＇s engineering experiences the construction and supervision of highway engineering are discussed in depth. The roles of supervisors acted in ensuring engineering quality are discussed. Author points out that all parts should strictly follow up with the construction contract and do their works to ensure engineering quality and realize service functions of highway.
