摘要
H型钢立柱及立柱桩被广泛应用于上海基坑工程。立柱通过插入段传递上部载荷给立柱桩,其插入深度若过小则承载力不够导致安全问题,过大则浪费材料。实际工程中型钢插入深度一般按经验确定,存在不安全因素或材料浪费问题。因此,有必要对H型钢插入段承载力问题进行研究。本文利用ANSYS软件建立不同插入深度插入段节点模型,对其承载力以及承载机理等作了相关分析研究,提出了一些有意义的结论和建议。
In shanghai, H-steel erect column and the pile is widely used as the vertical bearing structure in foundation pit engineering. Loads are transmitted from the shape steel to the pile through the joint. A small depth of the steel in the pile results in a short of bearing capacity and the joint will be destroyed, and a large depth wastes stuffs. So it is important to study the bearing capacity of the joint. In this paper, the models with different depth are established, the bearing capacities are calculated and the mechanism of the force's transmission at the joint is discussed. In the end,, some conclusions and advices are proposed in the paper.
