摘要
针对铣刨机在沥青混凝土路面的铣刨工程和水泥混凝土路面拉毛作业中的应用实例,分析了铣刨过程的施工组织、工艺流程、铣刨机的使用要点和刀头的选用,并结合大量的施工数据分析了刀头和刀座的使用寿命,得到了指导铣刨机施工和管理的经验数据。
The arrangement of construction, technique process, key points of using of miller and the selection of cutter head are analyzed according to practical use of millers in milling of asphalt concrete pavement and broom-finish of cement concrete pavement. The service lives of cutter head and tool apron are analyzed in combination with lots of construction data, and data for construction guidance and management of miller is obtained.
