摘要
司法公信力是司法权运作和公众心理认同的高度契合,是一个双向互动的过程。司法之所以具有公信力是社会契约的必然结果,同时也是人性本能的向往。据此,我国应以司法公信力作为促进司法改革的原动力,在有效司法改革的基础上,提升司法公信力。
The public confidence force of judicature is a highly integrating state which the inherent operation of judicial power and the psychological identification of social public achieve. The reason that the judicatory has the public confidence is the inevitable outcome of social contract,and is the hope of the human nature.On this grounds,in our country,the public confidence force of judicature should become the motive force of the judicial reform to promote the public confidence force of judicature on the base of the judicial reform.
