摘要
以1600mAh的AA型MH-Ni电池为例,研究了电解液量对其性能、尤其是自放电性能的影响。结果表明:当电解液量为3.0g时,相对于2.8g时可以明显降低电池的自放电率并提高电池的大电流放电容量,而且不会出现漏液现象;当电解液量达到3.2g时,电池的大电流放电容量进一步提高,但容易造成电池漏液。电池自放电率的降低可能与随着电解液量的增加,H2在电解液中的扩散过程受到抑制有关。
Taking the 1600 mAh AA type Ni-MH battery as an example, the effects of electrolyte weight on its performance, particularly self-discharge performance are investigated in this paper. The experimental results show that ,compared to the battery with electrolyte weight of 2.8g, the self-discharge rate of the battery can be significantly reduced and the high-current discharge capacity can be increased when the electrolyte weight is 3.0g, and no leakage happens on the batteries. When the electrolyte weight reaches 3.2g, the high-current discharge capacity of the batteries can be further improved, but the battery leakage easily happens. The decrease of battery self-discharge rate may be related to the suppression of the H2 diffusion process in the electrolyte, which results from the increase of the electrolyte weight.
