摘要 综述了羟基磷灰石(HAP)与人工合成高分子、天然生物蛋白等复合材料研究进展。并对复合材料制备过程中制备方法、高分子结构对材料性能如生物活性及材料力学性能影响与对生物力学性能增强机理进行讨论。为进一步对HAP-高分子复合材料研究提供参考。 Bioactive substitution and repair materials of hard bone tissue have attracted some body's attention on the field of international biomaterials. In this paper, the composites of hydroxyapatite (HAP)/synthesized polymers and HAP/natural biopolymer were reviewed. The effects of preparation method, polymer structure on the properties of composites, such as biocompatibility, mechanical properties, and reinforcement mechanism of biomechanical ones were discussed, which will put up the foundation on the further work of HAP-composites.
