摘要
目的:了解二甲胺四环素(派丽奥)在口腔临床中的疗效。方法:将60例分别患有中、重度牙周炎,牙周袋,急、慢性牙周脓肿,冠周炎等牙周疾病患者进行疗效观察。结果:60例患者中70%的患者用二甲胺四环素1周后牙周红肿、疼痛明显减轻,牙周袋变浅。结论:二甲胺四环素是口腔科较为理想的牙周局部用药。
Objective： To study the effect of dimethylamine tetracycline （perioeline} the effect of in periodontal disease. Methods： 60 patients were suffering from the severe periodontitis, the periodontal pocket, acute and chronic periodontal abscess, They were observed the effect after using periocline for periodontal disease. Results： 70 percent of 60 patients with dimethylarnine tetracycline, a week after periodontal redness, pain significantly reduced, periodontal pocket shallowing. Conclusion： Dimethylamine tetracycline is a better dental periodontal local medication.
