摘要
换热管内置自旋扭带能够起到在线除垢防垢和强化传热的双重作用,是换热器节能降耗的有效途径之一。为了研究扭带的主要结构参数对扭带阻力及转动特性的影响,将9根不同结构参数的塑料扭带安置到换热管,比较在不同流速下,扭带管的压力降和扭带转速的变化规律。用多元线性回归方法,推导出了实验状态的扭带阻力﹑扭带转速关联式。结果表明,除流速外,扭带节距和带宽是影响压力降增量的主要因素;扭带节距是影响扭带转速的主要因素。为以后有效制作和选取扭带提供了理论依据。
Heat exchange tubes with spin Twisted-tape insert can realize the removing/preventing on hne and enhance heat transfer. In order to research the effect of the main structural parameters of twisted-tape inserts in the characteristics of their resistance and rotation, put nine Twisted-tape plastic inserts into heat exchange tube, under the different velocity of flow, and observe the rules of the tube's resistance and tape's rotational speed .Using the multivariable hnear regression analysis, we got the relative equations of the resistance and rotational speed of the twisted-tape plastic inserts in the situation of experiment. The result indicates that except for velocity of flow, the main influenced factors of the increment of pressure are the pitch and breadth of tapes; the main influenced factors of rotational speed of tapes axe the pitch of the tapes. It is a provided scientific basis for effectively manufacturing and choosing tapes.
