摘要
本文围绕项目驱动、理论补充、以赛促学、实训巩固四个方面,探索并论述了基于项目驱动的软件人才培养模式的内涵、价值、操作方法与成效。
This article is designed to explore the possibility of a project-driven mode of training software technicians, including its significance, value, operation and effectiveness. The exploration extends from respects of project driving, theory for complementation, learning through racing, and consolidation through training.
