摘要
在微型反应釜中,进行了兖州煤的加氢液化动力学试验,并用四氢呋喃、苯和环已烷将液化产物分离。结果表明:在液化过程中确实存在前沥青烯、沥青烯等中间组分,且随反应时间延长依次出现最大值,油、气一开始就有,但主要是在后面反应中生成的。采用微分法对数据进行处理得出表现活化能,煤裂解为50~71KJ/mol,由沥青烯或前沥青烯生成油为71~130KJ/mol。
The kinetics of hydro-liquefaction of Yanzhou bituminous coal is investigated experimentally in smallsized batch autoclaves. The liquefied products are separated with tetrohydrofuran, benzene and cydohexane. The existence of preasphaltene and asphaltene is verified in coal liquefaction, whose contents maximize in turn with time elapsed. Oil and gas, though found in the beginning, are mainly obtained in liquefaction reactions. Apparent activation energy is calculated with the help of differentiation method, to be 50-71KJ/mol for cracked coal and 71-130KJ/mol for oil generated from asphaltene or preasphaltene.
